To allow Scouting and non-Scouting groups with additional lead time to reserve facilities at Camp Tuckahoe, a revised reservation schedule has been approved by the council's executive board.  Please review these changes carefully! 

Due to the greatly-increased demand for use of our new and renovated facilities at Tuckahoe, units must plan well ahead to reserve cabins at Tuckahoe to avoid being shut out.

For Use of Tuckahoe Through December 31, 2008

We are presently accepting reservations for use of facilities at Tuckahoe from now until December 31, 2008.  If your unit attended summer camp at Tuckahoe in 2007, you will receive a 10% discount on facility rentals from September 1, 2007 through May 31, 2008

Cub Scout Pack Reservations for 2009

Cub Scout packs will be able to place reservations at the council service center for use of the fort or castle at Camp Tuckahoe in 2009 beginning May 1, 2008.  Only YAAC Cub Scout packs can make 2009 reservations for the fort and castle from May 1 through June 7, 2008 at Program Launch.  Beginning at Program Launch, any in-council unit is eligible to reserve the fort and castle as availability permits.

Boy Scout Troop / Venturing Crew Reservations for 2008

Boy Scout troops and Venturing Crews will be able to place 2009 reservations for use of any Tuckahoe facilities beginning at Program Launch on June 7, 2008 at Camp Tuckahoe.

Beginning June 15, 2008, any non-council Scout group or non-Scout organization will be able to reserve any Camp Tuckahoe facility.

If your unit attended summer camp at Tuckahoe in 2007, you will receive a 10% discount for all facility rentals from September 1, 2008 through May 31, 2008.

All Camp Tuckahoe year-round rental fee schedules are currently set through the end of 2008, but  2009 Camp Tuckahoe fees are subject to change.
