Now that the steel is in place, the dining hall is ready for the wood framing to begin.
Framing activity is underway at the fort site.
Poplar Lodge, located directly across from the old dining hall, is receiving a significant facelift. All the interior walls have been refinished and looks as good as brand new. The floor and roof of Poplar Lodge have also been repaired.
This cabin, and its identical twin, are nearly complete.
