Show & Sell Unit Order Form - Due to council service center by August 20 to order popcorn for S&S portion of the sale.
Take Order Unit Order Form - Due to council service center by October 26 to order popcorn and magazines for Take Order portion of the sale.
Candle Sale Unit Order Form - Due to council service center by October 26 to order candles for Take Order portion of the sale.

Marshmallow Blaster Order-Form - This form can be used to order a marshmallow blaster for your unit's kickoff event. These blasters are available immediately. Scouts who fill an order form are able to receive these blasters in recognition of their effort and having one to demonstrate at your unit's kickoff can be very helpful in motivating your Scouts.
Top Sellers Reporting Form - All units should report the names of any Scouts who sold over $1000 in total sales (popcorn, candles, and magazines). This is due on October 26.
Camp Masters High Achiever Prize Form - This form is used to report the names of Scouts who qualify for the special incentives related to popcorn sales only. This form is due on October 26.
Cub Scout Prize Program Order Form - Packs participating in the prize program need to complete this form to order their prizes. This form is due on October 26.
Boy Scout Prize Program Order Form - Troops participating in the prize program need to complete this form to order their prizes. This form is due on October 26.

Rutter’s Reservation Request - Units can use this to make a request to schedule a show and sell at a Rutter’s location.
York Township Transient Retail Application - Units conducting a Take Order within York Township (which is located southern York County near Red Lion, Dallastown, and Windsor Township) should file this application to obtain a transient retail sales permit. One permit may be obtained for the entire unit, and there are no fees required since it is for a non-profit community group.

Certificate of Insurance Request Form - Many business's require a certificate of insurance in order to sell popcorn on their premise. This is a fill-able form that can easily be emailed to the council.
